Ticket & Till

Features

Everything the counter runs on

One system for the loan book, the buy counter, the sales floor and the cash drawer, with the compliance work handled as you go.

Pawn loans

The whole life of a loan

Write the ticket fast

Scan the customer's licence to fill in their details, add the item right on the loan, and print the pawn ticket.

Renewals and partial payments

Interest-only extensions of one or several months, principal paydowns and redemptions. Interest follows the balance that's actually left.

Your rates, your fees

Set your interest rate and storage fee in Settings. Michigan pawn law comes built in: the $0.50 minimum, the 30-day term and the 90-day hold.

Know what's due

Days-out and overdue lists, and loans flagged once they're eligible for forfeiture. Forfeiting stays a deliberate decision.

Text reminders

Remind borrowers before a loan comes due. Texts only go to customers who said yes at the counter, and a STOP reply is always honoured.

A record that can't be rewritten

Every renewal, payment and redemption is kept permanently, so the history of a loan is never in doubt.

Buying & precious metals

Make an offer with confidence

Spot prices

Gold, silver and platinum on every screen, refreshed daily and whenever you ask. Uses a free GoldAPI account we set up with you.

Melt-value calculator

Pick the karat or fineness, take off the estimated stone weight, set your melt percentage, and see a suggested offer.

Multi-item buy tickets

Buy a whole tray in one transaction, with one receipt and one payout.

Seller ID required

A buy can't be completed until the seller's ID is on file. Stored ID photos are encrypted.

Recording a gold buy: the day's spot price, 14K purity, stone weight deducted and a suggested offer at 70% of melt

Sales, inventory & layaway

From the case to the customer

Multi-item sales

One ticket, sales tax handled, cash, card, check or store credit. Anonymous walk-in sales take one tap.

Price tags with your cost code

Barcoded tags show the asking price and a private cost code, so staff can negotiate without a computer.

Inventory that knows its status

In a loan, on hold, on layaway, awaiting pickup, for sale. Stock with quantities, such as coins, is counted too.

Layaway, start to finish

A deposit, payments over time, receipts that show the balance, and pickup. Terms and due dates are set by you.

Refunds and store credit

Refund one item from a larger ticket and it goes back into stock. Store credit is a balance nobody can quietly edit.

Want list

"Call me if a Rolex comes in." Matching stock is flagged for a clerk to follow up.

Compliance

The paperwork, handled as you go

Each hold runs on its own clock, and nothing can be sold before its date. The rules are Michigan's: if you're in another state, ask us before you buy.

Buy holds

Items bought outright are held for your investigation window before they can be sold.

Pawn resale hold

A forfeited pledge can't be sold until 90 days after the original pledge date, as Michigan law requires.

Police holds

Hold an item for an investigation, including the grace period before it can be released.

LeadsOnline reporting

Send transactions straight to your LeadsOnline account with the API access LeadsOnline gives your shop, or export the file yourself.

Cash over $10,000

A report finds the cash payments that need an IRS Form 8300, including payments that add up across visits.

Audit trail

Sign-ins, drawer counts, loan actions, staff and settings changes are all recorded. Nobody can edit the trail.

Cash & the back office

Close the day with numbers that add up

Cash drawer

Open with a float, and record pay-ins, pay-outs and cash drops. A blind close counts the till before it shows the expected total. With a network receipt printer, the drawer opens itself.

Multiple registers

Each register keeps its own drawer and receipt printer, and managers can close any of them.

Reports

Profit by period, cash flow, the value of the loan book, and loan aging.

Bookkeeper's journal

A balanced journal entry your accountant can use, with loans booked as money owed to you rather than an expense.

Staff & time clock

Each employee has a PIN and a role (admin, manager, associate). Staff punch in and out, and every timesheet correction needs a reason.

AI listing drafts

Photograph an item and get a draft eBay listing to review and edit. Uses your own Anthropic account, which bills you a few cents a draft.

Reports: gross profit, sales profit, finance income, layaway payments and cash flow for the month
Profit and cash flow for any date range. Sample shop data.

Switching is on us

Send us an export from your current system. We'll bring your customers, inventory and open loans across, and you check the result before go-live.
